We are a family of 5 ( myself, my husband, and three adult children) and one mini puddle. I am from Taiwan, my husband is from Hong Kong, and all three children were born in Canada. We speak English and Mandarin at home. We only accept one student at a time. We have been hosting the student for eight years. Our house location is near Burnaby South High School and is also three blocks away, just a short walk to the bus stop.
The room is on the first floor and flourishes with a queen bed, lamp, bedside table, dresser, and study desk. Room includes WIFI and laundry cleaning. I do laundry once a week for the students, and the room is private without sharing. I am an elegant and clean person. Points of destination: Metrotown Mall, Bonsor Community Centre, London Drugs, Starbucks, T&T Asian supermarket, SuperStore. There are lots of different kinds of restaurants around our area.
Available June 1, 2024,.  There are two options: rent a room for $1000, be a homestay for $1300, which includes two meals, breakfast and dinner ( we offer excellent and nutritious Asian food) or $1100 including breakfast.
