We are a family of 4, 2 kids (7 & 9 years old), no pets.
We live in a big beautiful house close to parks, library and community center (for swimming, gym, basketball, tennis courts etc).
Meals provided (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and we can negotiate if you want only breakfast and dinner.

The room will all furniture you need (bed, desks, closets, side table etc). Wifi included.

We are looking for a quiet, respectful and clean female occupant (student or working professional).
