Hello my name is Emily and I am renting out a furnished room in my condo. I think this would be an ideal situation for a student who likes quiet and will be studying. I have a cat. In the homestay room is a new organic mattress, linen duvet, down bedding, and organic sheets. The room has a closet, desk, bed, and bookcase. The rest of the central rooms can be used at your leisure.
You are welcome to buy and store any food you will need, as well as use kitchen or dining room for cooking/food prep/eating at any time.
I have personally travelled across Canada, several times to Quebec, and across seven countries in Europe. I also speak French.
The nice thing about this Clearbrook location is the amazing views from the fifth floor of this high rise of the sunset. Also, everything is within walking distance, including banks, post office, grocery stores, and drug stores. There is also a bus route.
I am a new host, and I am running a homestay for extra income after the pandemic.
