Homestay in Port Coquitlam, Canada
Homestay provider since 2015 in the city of Port Coquitlam, known as the city of rivers and mountains. We Welcome International students, local students as well. We helped and accommodate students short or longterm stay. In that span of time, we have housed around 90 to 100 students and we are glad that they are happy and contended with their stay until they finished their course and go back home or some students decided to stay to work or continue their study.
Our house is a minute walk to Bus stop #159. Very accessible with 1 bus ride to Braid skytrain station about 25 minutes
We are close to Westcoast Express train.
Other schools like :
Douglas College (Coquitlam), Douglas College (New Westminster) canadian health care academy, stenberg college, canadian tourism, SFU surrey, international english school. Vancouver Film School and many more.
Guildford mall and Surrey Central mall is also nearby.
Very convenient going to Burnaby, new west and downtown vancouver( take the bridgeport bus to richmond then skytrain to downtown), langley and white rock.
It is very clean, quiet and very secure place to live in and wifi included.
I have room available, bathroom is shared with other students, fridge to share with other students.
You have your own set of key for the entrance door.
Also, for a room WITH MEALS included - price is different from the listing OR room charged.
Without meal is obviously cheaper. We can discuss further in my contact page you want to include and for the price.
Less than 1 month stay is different price, message me for more info.
Contact me for more info on the payment as i can adjust it on your needs. If i dont offer food, you will have the chance to cook your own meal. (If homestays home) shared microwave, kitchen sink, kettle for hot water.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house
We like to travel and see beautiful places, Costa Rica, Mexico several times (Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Philippines, Japan and the USA/Seattle Washington.
We always see the scenic places in Vancouver and stay at the park or beaches if the weather permits.
Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged and with fee.
