We are clean and organized newlywed employed professionals with a furnished room for rent in our condo that is perfect for a student or single employed professional.

Exercise room with equipment ground floor
Rental cost includes all this as well as wifi, utilities but not cost of parking space (25 extra)
We prefer the furniture provided in the room be used but can negotiate if you would want something else you want to bring in otherwise
We are looking to share our spot with someone who is easy going, clean and organized. We work quite early in the morning and are gone for most of the day until usually late afternoon.
5 to 7 min walk to King George Skytrain Station and all the new shops around it
10 min walk to Surrey Central mall
5 to 7 min walk to brand new King George Hub
