Hello, my name is Olivia,
This room has a lot of privacy because we provided the room with a private small kitchen with (refrigerator, stove, microve etc.), private small dining table and big washroom that will be use for 2 students only. It is on the ground floor and It's south-facing with lots of natural sunlight and with a great view of the garden.
The homestay has a lot of privacy because it's an extension of my main house. We will not sharing with the students or guests, someone or homestay but still always be around to support your needs.
Monthly budget $900 for person which is included the Laundry, utilities,wifi and TV with Netflix movie free.
The gazebo and small rest house at our fenced-in-backyard can be use for study area, retreat, picnic or relaxation at free cost.
Homestay is close to shops and restaurant. Well-maintained homes, Safe and Quiet Street, Convenient public transportation and Easy freeway access
For short walking distance 2-4 minutes to bus station and close to Scott Road Skytrain Station. Our house is very convenient and accessible to the bus station, skytrain and anywhere in the lower mainland.
