Hi! Our kids have recently moved out and we love meeting new people. We have done a lot of traveling in Europe and Mexico and really enjoy experiencing different cultures. We like to hike, ski, swim, explore, read good books (fiction and non-fiction) and garden. My husband is a huge hockey fan and likes to relax by watching a game. We are Christians and church is a regular part of our life.
One of the bedrooms is larger than the other and is very bright (has a very large window) and can get quite warm in the summer (we provide a good fan), The other bedroom is smaller and does not get as much sun and has just a regular size window. The bathroom has 2 sinks and lots of cabinetry, you would have your own sink and drawers in the bathroom. The shower / bathtub and toilet have a door separating it from the sink area (this means someone can be putting on makeup etc while someone is having a shower with total privacy. The house is spacious and has high ceilings.
The rules of the house: no smoking, drugs or vaping in the house or on the premises. No parties or loud music. Keep your room clean and clean up after yourself.
Note that we have 2 small dogs that are very affectionate and bark when someone comes to the front door. We are pretty easy going and will treat you with the respect you deserve. Our goal is for you to have a wonderful experience staying with us, we want you to feel welcomed and cared for.
