We are a family of four living in a new built single house at a beautiful, quiet, safe and very desirable North Burnaby reside, 2 minutes bus ride or 10 minutes walking to Lake City Skytrain Station. This is a very caring, loving family. We’d like to help students by providing a nice place to live and make them feel a part of our family. We speak English and I can also speak Chinese and German. We have two boys with good marks in university, and they’re able to assist doing homework. We like a neat, quiet and studious environment. We always take natural, healthy foods in various types. We’re non smokers and non drinkers. There’s no pet in the house. You’ll find only flowers and fruit trees in our big garden.

We prefer a student who is serious about studying. We are interested in a quiet, clean, polite, non smoking, non partier, non drinker and mature student who studying in high school, college or university. We would like to learn about different cultures and like to share ours with the students, and help them achieve their educational and career goals.

By public transit from our house it takes:
- 23 minutes to Simon Fraser University, (10 minutes by car);
- 22 minutes to Douglas College;
- 11 minutes to Burnaby Mountain Secondary;
- 17 minutes to Burnaby North Secondary;
- 17 minutes to Burnaby Central Secondary;
- 21 minutes to Art Institute of Vancouver;
- 30 minutes to downtown Vancouver;
- 25 minutes to Metrotown;
- 8 minites to highway

~10 min walk to Skytrain station OR ~5 walk to bus station with DIRECT bus (no transfer needed) to Metrotown and Lougheed mall

All our bedrooms are private, spacious and are fully furnished with comfortable bed, closet, dresser, bedside table, desk, shelves, lamps, mirror, etc.
Our homestay fee includes the following:
- 3 healthy meals, (we will make breakfast and lunch box for you, and dinner is sit down together with all family members without dish wash duty);
- 1000 Mbps super high speed internet;
- clean-up service (weekly);
- laundry service;
- utilities;
*if would like to opt out of meals, the price can be negotiated to be less
