My name is Marian. I am a female in my 50's and I work full-time. I have been a homestay host fin the past and it has been a very positive experience. I am renting the furnished second bedroom and you will have use of the main bathroom down the hall all to yourself. I am not offering meals but we can share the kitchen. Your bedroom also comes with a mini fridge and microwave for convenience. We will share In-suite laundry. Internet/wi-fi included. All utilities included. Walking distance to bus stops, Public Library, restaurants, malls, and grocery stores. Must be very clean, quiet, and respectful. I am expecting the renter to be independent.
Available August 1st. A simple rental agreement needs to be signed so the rules are clear for both of us.
Parking: Free Street parking or secure parking for a car is available for an extra $25/month
Strata building rules must be followed.
