Hi,

We are seeking a responsible female tenant for our residence who values cleanliness and organization.
We live in Burnaby, on the foot of Burnaby Mountain close to SFU (Simon Fraser University). We typically get students who attend the downtown language schools for this location.
The nearest station is the Production-way, which takes less than 5 minutes by bus (2 stops from the station), and 15 minutes by walk.
About 20 minutes walking distance, there is the Lougheed Mall shopping centre, community center, library, and tennis court (of course you can also use the bus as well).
Our home is a townhouse on a quiet street. There is a lot of greenery and recreational areas in our neighbourhood.
It takes 45 minutes to downtown Vancouver by Sky train.

We provide you with a private room with a desk, bed, night table, closet, adequate lighting, extra blanket, vacuum cleaner and Wi-Fi access. You also have your own bathroom (shower and toilet) on the same floor. The bathroom will be private (or semi-private if both rooms are occupied).

We like to have well-balanced food. We often have Japanese food. Things we eat are mostly natural and healthy food. In the summer, we often do BBQs. Fast food meals are very limited on our table.

We love listening to music. During the winter, we enjoy skiing and snowboarding; in the summer, we go to lakes and camping. Our complex has an outdoor pool in the summer season. The host mother is doing volunteer work at the farm, so we’ll have a lot of fresh organic vegetables, especially in the summertime!

We have cats and a lovebird. The host mother makes natural soap for a small business. We sometimes have visitors/friends and celebrate Christmas, New Years, Birthdays and Thanksgiving.
