홈스테이 캐나다, New Westminster
We have offered our home to students for over 20 years through Douglas College, First Choice International and Homestay Bay.
We enjoy meeting people from different parts of the world and ourselves are quite well travelled. We are just two of us, no kids and no pets.
We are located about 25-30 minutes from downtown Vancouver. Our home is very transit accessible with easy bus and skytrain access.
Shops, banks, restaurants and cafes are all close to where we live.
We are very active and exercise alot. We enjoy the outdoors and entertaining and like to have BBQ's in the summer time. We are easy going and have a good sense of humour. We really enjoy music and go to alot of concerts.
Regarding the meal plan, this can be arranged on an individual basis. We ask that you respect the house rules and keep your room fairly neat as well as the bathroom. We are very organized and have a neat and clean house.We have had no complaints from students staying with us and we think you would enjoy your time with us!!!
Please note that even though the posting indicates the room is in the "basement" - this is a completed and fully carpeted downstairs with a fireplace and windows. It is the lower floor of the house but very cozy and warm and the word basement does not do it justice.
