I have a quiet 3 storey brand new townhome.
I am a fulltime high school teacher (Physics & Math). I mainly keep to myself and spend at the gym and doing Yoga.
The bedroom has a lock and key & as well as secured from the upstairs and you have your private entrance. The room is furnished with a bed, bedding, linens, drawers & closet and is on the main entry floor with a separate private bathroom with shower. The house is in a nice area of town near plenty of amenities and within walking distance of UFV as well as a bus stop right out front. There is a mini-fridge, toaster oven with pizza drawer, microwave as well as an electric kettle in the room.
