Bus station and walking trail/ Ag reg nearby. Library, gyms, mall and groceries store walking distance.
Quiet neighbourhood.
You are welcome to buy and store any food you will need, as well as use kitchen or dining room for cooking/food prep/eating.
I have 1 very friendly indoor/ outdoor cat named Pumpkin.
Rent is $1000 including utilities, TV, laundry and Wi-Fi.
Small fridge and Keurig coffee maker in room.
I have hosted students from around the world and enjoy meeting new people and learning new cultures.
